* [Sunday, September 13, 4pm-: Polaris Monthly Seminar
              Voices from girls living in night towns]

Japanese girls are being trafficked, inside Japan.

I could hear you say "Really??!
But it is one type of human trafficking when underage children
are working in a sex industry.
Some girls enter a sex industry with a small trigger or out of some
trouble.

The girls who live in night towns may seem very different from you;
but wait until you listen to their stories.

The Polaris Project monthly seminar will welcome Jun Tachibana,
the editor of the VOICES MAGAZINE.
The VOICES MAGAZINE is a free magazine that has been in press since
2006. The magazine features struggles and stories of children who
live in night towns.
Ms. Tachibana will discuss the girls she met in Shibuya and Shinjuku
as well as her thoughts on prostitution and child pornography.

**Please note that the seminar will be held on Sunday this time.
